At The North Face, we offer 30 Days Free Returns on eligible products purchased through our online store. This policy is designed to give you time to decide if your items are right for you.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return under this policy, items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned products should be in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

If returned items show signs of wear, damage, or alteration that affect their resale condition, your refund amount may be adjusted or the return may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not automatically exchange products. If you would like a different size or style, please return your current item under this policy and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items
